Here's something interesting. July 2007 for sale on Ebay but advertised as watercolour signed by H Kirkpatrick. Perhaps a copy??

This marine painter is well listed and collected and sales of his work can be found on Artprice.com.
This fine antique water-colour measuring 20.5" x 7.5" is presented in a gold coloured mount and original heavy gilt Victorian frame which is in very good condition. The maximum measurement is 31" x 18.5".
The condition of the painting is very good. it has retained its colour very well and bears the artist's normal signature lower right and the title lower left. The only fault is a horizontal scratch on the glass but since this item will be shipped minus the glass for safety reason it will not come into consideration. :unquote
This picture bears a striking resemblance to "Calm Morning" and may be either a print or a copy

A Postcard I possess
I do have the original watercoloour of Garman Morris of the Calm Evening and the original watercolour of Sunset. Both watercolours are framed in black laquered frame and they seem to be the original frames.I do not know how many paintings of the same theme this painter has done but are the same as the pictures above. I bought them in London over 20 years ago.
I would be interested to have some more details if possible please.
